Mary's Gin uses 14 botanicals, 11 macerated and 3 infused, including Juniper forged in-house and coriander, angelica, lavender, hibiscus, cranberries, cinnamon, fresh lime, lemon, orange and Yuzu peel.

Re-distilled after proofing at 42%, three infusions are added: butterfly pea blossom overnight, elderflower for two days, and rhubarb 'taste and blend as you go'.
