Colkegan Single Malt Whiskey: Made from malted barley, carefully distilled, aged, and finished in various oak casks to enhance the complex flavors inherent to true single malt whiskey. But instead of traditional peat, the malted barley is smoked over mesquite, a hardwood tree that grows throughout the Southwest. The result is a smooth, mellow, mysteriously balanced lingering smokiness that gives this single malt a distinctive regional stamp.
