This carta blanca-style rum, which also serves as the base for the flavored rums, blends pot-still sugarcane juice rum and column-still molasses rum.  Spending 6 months in ex-bourbon casks before filtration, this clean, smooth spirit is an excellent mixing rum for tropical and Tiki cocktails.
