Purchased as a gift. Recipient was extremely satisfied with product and was pleasantly surprised by the coffee after taste.
The whisky is not smooth to drink, like some other conventional brands. But there is definitely a coffee taste that lingers in the mouth. Would work well for cocktails and Irish Coffees. Not a go to whisky to drink by itself.
I was expecting this to have more of a coffee taste to it, but it tastes burnt to me and it is not smooth. It maybe has a small hint of coffee smell to it. Maybe some people will enjoy it, but this was not for me.
