Discover New York City’s oldest craft distillery, headquartered in the 118-year-old Paymaster Building in Brooklyn’s Navy Yard. Focused exclusively on whiskeys, Kings County spirits are always mashed, fermented, distilled, and aged onsite, using New York grain and traditional Scottish copper pot stills.

Discover the enthralling fusion of Parlor’s Cold Brew, where lively tropical notes meet creamy chocolate undertones, crafted from impeccably sourced coffees and expertly roasted in the heart of Brooklyn.

This exquisite brew unites harmoniously with our signature blend of house-made bourbon and corn whiskey, creating a drinking experience that transcends the ordinary.

Every sip promises the balanced sweetness and rich complexity of our spirits, enhanced by an added depth of flavor that echoes the elegance of fine Madeira wines and the intricate bitterness of Italian amari.

With 14mg of caffeine per 1.5oz serving, it offers an invigorating twist on true whiskey indulgence.

Not a smooth whisky, but there is Coffee

The whisky is not smooth to drink, like some other conventional brands. But there is definitely a coffee taste that lingers in the mouth. Would work well for cocktails and Irish Coffees. Not a go to whisky to drink by itself.

Rough, burnt tasting

I was expecting this to have more of a coffee taste to it, but it tastes burnt to me and it is not smooth. It maybe has a small hint of coffee smell to it. Maybe some people will enjoy it, but this was not for me.
