Join us for BOTLD’s first-ever Pairing Experience where we will introduce you to cocktails and makers from our portfolio alongside food from Philadelphia chefs.
For the debut of this series taking place on Wednesday, March 19 at 6:30pm, gracing BOTLD Midtown’s bar will be Robby Haynes from Apologue Liqueurs. Apologue hails from Chicago and was Robbie’s playground for most of his hospitality career including a good portion of his time spent at The Violet Hour. He and his partners started Apologue to provide the cocktail world with products that are sustainable sourced, impacts communities, and consumed by people that care about what they drink. https://www.apologueliqueurs.com/
Joining him will be Ian Moroney and Sharon Thompson-Schill of Carl. Carl. is Ian and Sharon’s culinary love child that emerged after Ian closed the venerable Pumpkin BYOB. Tickets will include a welcome beverage, four cocktails paired with four small plates at our recently renovated Midtown cocktail bar and tasting room as well as a 10% discount on any purchases made in the store that evening.
