 From the La Manche region, an area pesticide-free since 2016, comes this younger, fresher, new world version of classic Calvados, made with 40 varieties of apples, grown on-site or within 20 km of the distillery.  Aged in French oak casks for 2 years, the process is 100% natural, using only wild yeast present on the apple skins.
