I tried this on a whim and OMG it's so good. It doesn't have the piney or juniper hints that are normal for Gin. It's sweeter and just mellower. Everyone that has tried it here wants their own bottle so I bought a few for gifts. All gins are not created equal!
Light, refreshing, requires little else but some seltzer or tonic and a few ice cubes.
Wonderful light, crisp flavor! Will be a nice summertime (or anytime) gin and tonic.!
As someone who associates both the straight dry and mixed botanical varieties of gin, this was a nice surprise. You can't really describe it, but trust me, it's wonderful - especially is you prefer the botanical end of the gin spectrum. I drink this on ice with just club soda or seltzer. Enjoy!
