Very disappointed

Bought 3 bottles and two came opened. Reached out to BOTLD and they responded once and then never returned my emails. Nothing was done and pictures were sent. Terrible customer service. I don't understand how seals were not checked prior to shipping. Also the one that was sealed is the only one that was completely full the other two had different levels. Very concerning and will not be buying anything from them again.
