Toulouse Green, made from a sugarcane neutral base, is pot distilled using a formula based on traditional recipes from the late 1800’s. An all-natural botanical infusion, this classic New Orleans spirit uses the flowers and leaves of locally grown Artemisia absinthium or “Grand Wormwood", the flavor signature at the very heart of Absinthe.
- -68% ABV before dilution, distiller recommended ratio is 3 to 5 parts of water to 1 part of Absinthe

We looked all over Paris for absinth and then we found it in New Orleans! Thank you for keeping us supplied in the Green Fairy. This is perfect with caramelized raw sugar cube, 1 /1 ratio water to absinthe. We use an eye dropper to drip onto our caramelized cube. So delicious!
