This one-of-a kind take on coffee liqueur is a balance between the bitter, the herbal, and the slightly sweet. Working in collaboration with Kansas City roasters, cold brew coffee is added the botanical infusion, then briefly rested in whiskey barrels for a richly bittersweet flavor that works great in cocktails or can be enjoyed by itself after a meal.
